State of Tennessee Economic and Community Development (ECD) Commissioner Randy Boyd visited Clarksville this morning to present the Industrial Development Board (IDB) a check for a little more than $212,000. Per the study, a total of 34% of Clarksville’s roughly 50,000 millennials own their homes, a percentage that has increased over the past decade.

Crow previously served as IDB Chair for the 2016-2017 term and has an extensive history in commercial and industrial contracting, project management, civil engineering and planning.
