INFRASTRUCTURE

    • Battery Way Construction to begin Oct. 2024

WAGE & COMMUNITY BENEFIT

  • County reduced the tax burden owed over 20 years based on wages and investment.
  • LG Chem is required to pay a minimum of $24/hour starting salary (200 six-figure jobs)
    and contractually obligated to wages by PILOT agreement

ENVIRONMENTAL INFO

      • All Environmental Concerns are regulated by the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation.
      • LG is required to get permits and is regulated on air quality, water, waste and many other factors.
      • LG Chem requires a minor source air quality permit —the lowest environmental impact for air quality concerns.
      • LG Chem will manage all wastewater pretreatment on site before being discharged to Clarksville Gas & Water.
      • Building located 600ft off the road with 40 acre buffer.
