The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that beginning July 10, coworking space for local entrepreneurs will be made available for free.

This initiative is offered on a no-cost basis through the Aspire Foundation and First Tennessee Bank. The coworking space will be located on the Terrace Level of the main branch of First Tennessee Bank, 25 Jefferson Street. Initially, the room will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-4pm.

“The creation of coworking space and supporting our local entrepreneurs is a long-held initiative of the Chamber as well as the Economic Development Council’s strategic blueprint,” said Melinda Shepard, Executive Director of the Chamber. “Our goal is to foster growth of small business and be a champion for their success. One way the Chamber feels it can accomplish this is to offer free work and meeting space for home-based businesses.”

In addition to the space, WIFI will be made accessible at no cost as well as light refreshments. Ample parking is also on site in the upper parking lot of the building. Coworking space is available on a first come, first serve basis for the first 20 people and is expected to fill up quickly.
