PUBLIC NOTICE OF A public hearing before THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY to consider, AMONG OTHER THINGS, The Economic Impact Plan for THE CLARKSVILLE HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER PLAN AREA

Please take notice that The Industrial Development Board of the County of Montgomery (the “Board”), will hold and conduct a public hearing at its meeting on August 1, 2018, commencing at 8:00 a.m., local time, at the Clarksville - Montgomery County Economic Development Council conference room at 25 Jefferson Street, Suite 300, Clarksville, TN  37040, to consider the approval of the Economic Impact Plan for The Clarksville Hotel And Conference Center Plan Area (the “Plan”), for property located to the north and west of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. as shown on the Map of the Plan Area as described in the Plan, (the “Property”).  A copy of the map of the Property showing the Plan Area is available for inspection during normal business hours at the above referenced offices of the Clarksville - Montgomery County Economic Development Council.  

Any interested persons may attend and make known their view with respect to the approval of the Plan.

The Board will also consider the approval of the Plan and the approval of a Project Agreement for the implementation of the incentives to be made under the Plan, and such other matters as may come before the Board.
